SOUL exists to be a safe and welcoming home for anyone who needs one. We are rooted in unconditional love, compassion, empowerment, and the unwavering belief in complete bodily autonomy. We uplift anyone facing oppression, harm, or barriers in their daily lives. This includes queer, trans, BIPOC, disabled, low-income, and addicted individuals, as well as anyone who needs a place of safety, care, and belonging.
Through education, community connection, creativity, and advocacy, we help every member find purpose, stability, and the freedom to live as their full and authentic self.
We imagine a world where everyone can live freely and safely as their true self—a world where unconditional love and full bodily autonomy guide our decisions, protect our freedoms, and strengthen our communities. SOUL is building a new kind of community rooted in equality, acceptance, healing, and mutual support, where people lift one another through honesty, laughter, recovery, and shared purpose.
Everyone has full authority over their own body—its choices, its care, its expression, and its boundaries. Unconditional love requires respecting personal sovereignty without pressure or judgment. Your body, your identity, your choices—always.
Love comes first—without qualifiers, expectations, or conditions.
We value realness. Everyone deserves to be accepted exactly as they are, not as they are told to be. (Or for their "potential.")
We are a "patchwork" community, woven from many identities, cultures, histories, and lived experiences. We create safe, supportive spaces where our community can connect, grow, and uplift one another with love and understanding.
We support learning, creativity, recovery, and self-discovery so every member can build confidence and direction.
We stand firmly for the dignity, safety, and freedom of those most at risk—including queer, trans, BIPOC, disabled, low-income, and addicted individuals. Advocacy, education, and collective action are expressions of our commitment to one another.
Nature is a source of grounding, healing, and joy—and it belongs to all of us.
We all stumble. We lead with patience, empathy, and understanding, because grace gives us room to grow into ourselves.
